• Self Collection: Available by appointment from our partner warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos for verification.

• Change-of-Mind Returns: Accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
